We are currently operating out of a fully equipped and staffed building at 2 Quantrelle Court in Shortstown. Negotiations are ongoing with Bellway Homes to provide a move to a permanent and much larger site in 2009/2010. The new purpose built surgery will be situated in the centre of the new development on the old RAF site, overlooking the proposed village square. The current plans for the new development can be viewed in our reception.
We provide a wide range of services including childhood immunisation, minor surgery, anti-coagulant monitoring, smoking cessation, treatment of minor injuries, near-patient testing and counselling. Our aim is to provide a friendly and efficient patient-centred service at all times.

Latest newsMay 2009 Thanks to increasing patient numbers we are able to offer an additional session with Dr Edwina Kruszewska every Thursday afternoon from 3.30pm to 5.30pm. We also hope to add sessions with the nurse shortly. Our Counterweight scheme has been a great success, and we would like to congratulate all the patients who lost weight. March 2009 Most patients will now be aware that the Shortstown Pharmacy has opened on 21a South Drive, making it much easier for Shortstown residents to collect their prescriptions. We are also able to pass on your repeat prescriptions to pharmacies in the area for your convenience. December 2008 The surgery had an open day which was a great success. Shortstown residents were able to chat to the staff over a mince pie. As a result, we had a good number of new registrations that day. |
